For the third time in four years, an Asian-American film has been nominated for Best Motion Picture at the Oscars. President of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Janet Yang tells NBC's Richard Lui how proud she is that the AAPI and underrepresented communities are becoming more global.
